Thank you for choosing to invest in yourself through my offerings. Whether it’s a course, product, service, or coaching, there are a few important terms to review before you proceed. These terms ensure clarity, fairness, and smooth transactions for everyone involved.

Why These Terms Exist

These terms are here to:

  1. Encourage thoughtful, intentional purchases.

  2. Empower you to take ownership of your decisions at checkout.

  3. Minimize the time and resources spent on administrative back-and-forths, so I can focus on creating incredible offerings for you.

All Sales Are Final (Seriously, think before you buy!)

Take your time to thoroughly read the details on each sales page before making your purchase.

  • There are no refunds or reimbursements, for any reason.

  • If you’re on the fence, take a moment to consider whether this is the right time or investment for you.

Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan:

  • You’re committing to complete all payments, even if you stop participating in the offering.

  • Payments are automatically charged on the same date each month from your initial enrollment date.

  • Make sure funds are available a few days beforehand to avoid any hiccups.

In case of a failed payment:

  1. You’ll get an email from Stripe to update your payment method.

  2. A second attempt will occur 48 hours later.

  3. If the payment fails again, your plan will be canceled, and access to the course or program will be paused until the remaining balance is paid in full.

These policies keep things simple and ensure no one spends unnecessary time chasing payments.

Early Bird Pricing/Bonus

  • Early bird pricing and/or bonuses, when offered, are a limited-time deal and cannot be retroactively applied.

  • Read the details carefully and make note of deadlines to avoid missing out.

Promo Codes

  • Promo codes, when offered, must be applied at checkout. No retroactive discounts, refunds, or reimbursements will be issued.

  • If you run into an issue with a code, contact me before completing your purchase. Do not proceed expecting a refund or adjustment later.

  • If a code has expired, it’s no longer valid and cannot be reinstated.

Courses

When you purchase a course:

  • You’ll have ongoing access to the current version of the course as it exists on my platform.

  • If the course is retired or replaced, you’ll be notified and given the option to download any materials you need beforehand.

Coaching

Coaching is offered on a limited basis to ensure a personalized experience. To secure your spot:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required.

  • Please reserve your coaching spot carefully and intentionally. Once the deposit is paid, it cannot be refunded, even if you decide coaching isn’t the right fit for you.

These policies allow me to maintain availability for those who are fully ready to commit.
