Inside the Productivity Rebellion: Why I Burned Down My Business and Started Over

Two years ago, I walked away from everything I’d been building since 2015.

Not because I wanted a fresh start—but because burnout and chronic health issues forced me to stop. Completely. No pivot. No rebrand. Just… silence.

What came next wasn’t some glossy reinvention. It was a slow, difficult, honest reckoning with the business I had built—and how deeply it no longer aligned with how I wanted to live or lead.

I had been running a business that looked fine from the outside, but behind the scenes, it was a patchwork of strategies that never truly fit. I was chasing productivity for the sake of performance and a gold star. And it was costing me my energy, my clarity, and my capacity show up fully in all (or any) areas of my life.

And the harder I tried to force my business, the worse I felt mentally and physically.

So I did something that most business owners never talk about or can’t imagine doing:

I burned it down.

Not out of burnout alone—but because I realized the systems I was using weren’t just unsustainable—they were untrue to what I believe.

I didn’t want to rebuild a slightly better version of the same hustle-driven machine.

I wanted to create something calmer. Smarter. More rebellious.

Something that helps high-achieving women reject the old productivity rules and finally build systems that work with their lives—not against them.

What I’ve created isn’t just a rebrand. It’s a complete rebuild.

Here’s what that looks like—and why it matters.

What I’m Building Instead: A New Business That Aligns With Real Life

Burning it down gave me one thing I hadn’t had in years: clarity. A chance to start fresh and clear the table.

It wasn’t just about stepping away from the grind—it was about making space for something better. Something sustainable. Something that actually supports the real, messy lives we’re living.

I realized I wasn’t just tired of the hustle—I was tired of running a business that required me to perform productivity instead of embody peace. I was done duct-taping my brand together, chasing clarity I never quite had, and changing models and methods constantly because nothing ever felt quite right.

So I rebuilt everything from the ground up—and this time, I did it differently.

I worked with a messaging expert to finally articulate what I believe, who I serve, and how I want to show up. No more vague language or trying to speak to “everyone.” I got radically honest about what I stand for—and just as importantly, what I refuse to build again.

I also ditched the DIY branding and visuals that changed with every Pinterest mood board and Canva binge. What you see now is cohesive, calm, and done—so I can focus on the work that matters instead of endlessly tweaking.

What I’ve built isn’t just a brand refresh. It’s a full business ecosystem created for ambitious women who are done with burnout, pressure, and rigid systems.

It’s not a one-size-fits-all solution. It’s a flexible system meant to teach you how to teach yourself. And it’s built on my core beliefs: mind management before time management, productivity should feel like peace, not pressure, - and it’s time to question the rules and make your own.

It’s a steadfast productivity rebellion—and here are the pillars that hold it up.

01. The Core: Chaos Detox

Chaos Detox is my signature evergreen course and the heartbeat of everything I teach.

It’s a self-paced, mind-management-first approach to productivity—designed for women who are juggling all the things and still feel like they’re falling short.

Inside, you’ll learn how to clear the mental clutter, get radically clear on your actual priorities, and build a flexible system that works with your real life, not against it.

Not someone else’s ideal week. Not a color-coded planner.

No rigid schedules. No shame spirals. No more trying to make someone else’s system work for your reality.

This course is for the women who’ve tried it all—planners, time-blocking, endless apps—and still feel like nothing sticks. Why? Because most productivity advice starts with the external: your calendar, your routines, your tools. Chaos Detox flips that on its head by starting with your mind and your boundaries.

Inside the course, I guide you through a process of clearing the mental clutter, identifying your actual priorities (not just your to-do list and people-pleasing commitments), and building a system that flexes with your energy, your season of life, and your real responsibilities.

It’s not about doing more. It’s about doing what matters—and finally feeling at peace with how you spend your time.

This course is the resource I wish I had before I reached burnout—and now it’s the foundation I offer to every woman ready to create whitespace in her calendar and brain.

02. The In-the-Moment Support: Chaos Detox Pro (GPT-Powered Upgrade)

Building a system is one thing—living inside it when life gets chaotic is another.

Chaos Detox Pro is a GPT-powered course upgrade that gives you real-time support when the plan falls apart (because it always does). It's not another planner or app with a monthly subscription. It’s a personalized assistant that helps you adjust, troubleshoot, and move forward. It’s real-time, personalized support when you need it most.

Chaos Detox Pro helps you:

  • Plan your week based on what actually matters (and what you have capacity for)

  • Stay on track with automated check-ins

  • Use “Troubleshooting Mode” when you hit a wall and don’t know what to do next

It’s built to align with everything you learn in the course, so you’re never guessing or starting from scratch. And because it’s powered by GPT, it’s fast, responsive, and always available—no booking calls or waiting for feedback.

This upgrade is for the women who want hands-on help putting their system into action—without needing another person to coach them through every decision. This GPT upgrade is only available inside Chaos Detox.

03. The Highest-Touch Support: 1:1 Coaching via Voxer

Some seasons call for more than content or AI. They call for a strategic partner.

1:1 Voxer Coaching gives you direct access to me for real-time, asynchronous coaching as you question everything and rebuild your own systems.

There are no calls, no scheduling hoops, no group forums. Just focused support via Voxer when you need it.

This high-touch container is for women who want to:

  • Refine their productivity system with guided feedback

  • Navigate chaos without slipping into old habits

  • Get unstuck with clear, no-fluff support

It’s available by application only and space is limited. But if you’re ready for custom strategy and deeper coaching without extra noise—this is where we go next.

04. The Ongoing Mindset Work: Ditch the Chaos Podcast

If the course is the system and the GPT is the support, then the Ditch the Chaos podcast is the space to keep you grounded and inspired in this new way of living and working.

These episodes are snackable, short, clear, and meant to be consumed in the margins of your day - like the school pickup line or when you need a hot minute to walk around the block. You’ll hear real talk about productivity, mindset, intentional living, and what it really takes to run your life (and maybe your business) without burning out.

It’s not about hype. It’s about honesty. About challenging the deeply embedded beliefs that tell us we have to do more, be more, push harder.

Because the truth is: rest is productive.

White space in your calendar and breathing room in your brain isn’t wasted time—it’s what makes the important stuff actually possible.

And the Ditch the Chaos podcast is where I talk about why this work matters.

No fluff. No hype. Just straight talk about:

  • Redefining productivity

  • Protecting your time and energy

  • Building a life that feels good, not just full

This is where I share what I’m learning, challenge the noise, and remind you that rest is also productive.

Think of it like a voice in your ear saying, “You’re not crazy. You’re just doing too much of what doesn’t matter.” It’s intersection of productivity, identity, and anti-hustle living for high-achieving women.

05. The Primary Content Hub: Long-Form Blog

At the heart of my content strategy is the blog: long-form, cornerstone posts written to deliver real solutions, not surface-level tips.

If you’ve ever Googled your way through productivity hacks and still ended up overwhelmed, my blog is for you.

And if you're not ready for a course or coaching, it’s where to start.

It’s where I tackle the real problems high-achieving women face—like time scarcity that no planner fixes, mental clutter that steals your focus, and burnout cycles that keep coming back.

Each post breaks down one specific challenge and gives you a clear, practical way to think differently, act with intention, and reclaim your time. Not by adding more to your plate—but by cutting through the noise.

You won’t find vague advice or copy-paste routines here. What you will find is:

  • Clear frameworks for building space and peace into your schedule

  • Tools for setting boundaries without guilt

  • Anti-hustle strategies that fits your season, not someone else’s checklist

The blog is your best starting point if you want to get off the productivity hamster wheel and start building a something just for you that works. You don’t need a course to start—you just need one post that actually helps.

These aren't recycled tips. They're strategic breakdowns of how to think, work, and live with more clarity—built specifically for high-achieving women who want peace, not pressure.

06. The Digital Home Base: A Website That Reflects the Mission

The final piece is my newly rebuilt website—a calm, intentional space designed to reflect this new way of thinking and showing up in our lives.

Gone are the endless freebies, opt-in traps, complicated email sequences, and ever-changing visuals. Now, every page reflects the simplicity I want for myself and for the women I serve.

You won’t find another funnel. You’ll find a home base—a space to explore, learn, and take action when you’re ready.

Each of these 4 core pieces serves a purpose. Together, they offer a system that supports real women with real responsibilities—not idealized versions of productivity that only work under perfect conditions.

This is what I wish I had when I was deep in burnout, trying to hold it all together with duct-taped strategies, failing health, and a deep lack of self-confidence in my ability to show up the way I wanted to.

Now, it’s here for you.

This new version of my business isn’t a fresh coat of paint.

It’s a rebuilt foundation, created from clarity, shaped by burnout, and rooted in rebellion.

Because the way we’ve been told to do productivity and business? It’s not working.

This is my answer to that.

Why This Matters (and Who It’s For)

I didn’t rebuild my business to be prettier, slicker, or trendier.

I rebuilt it because I know what it feels like to be the woman everyone counts on—and still feel like you're falling short.

If you're reading this, you might be her too.

You’re the one who keeps the calendar moving, the clients happy, the house running. You’re the first one up, the last one to rest, and somehow you’re still wondering why you feel like you’re always behind.

You’ve tried the planners. You’ve time-blocked, color-coded, and downloaded all the apps. You’ve read the books and done the morning routines—and it’s still not working.

Not because you’re doing it wrong.

Because those systems were never made for your life to begin with.

The problem isn’t your discipline. It’s the lie that productivity only counts when it looks a certain way: neat, scheduled, perfect.

This new version of my business is for the women who feel like they’re holding it all together with grit and Google Calendar.

The women who are productive—but not peaceful.

Who get stuff done—but go to bed with a racing mind and an unfinished list.

Who are praised for how much they can handle—but silently wondering if they can keep doing it.

If that’s you, I see you. And I’ve built this for you.

Because here's the truth:

You don’t need another strategy that tells you to "just get up earlier." you need permission to work with your energy, not against it.

You don’t need a prettier planner, you need permission to build your own unique system that flexes with your life.

You don’t need to do more, push harder, or optimize every hour of your day, you need Permission to rest without guilt.

You need space.

You need clarity.

You need a system that works for your brain, your season, and your life.

That’s what this rebuild represents.

Not just a business shift—but a stand.

A stand against hustle-as-default.

A stand against productivity that punishes instead of supports.

A stand for a different kind of success—one where you get to feel good inside your life, not just check all the boxes.

That’s what Chaos Detox is built on. That’s what the podcast talks about. That’s what every piece of this brand is here to give you: a way to feel in control again—without having to squeeze your life into someone else’s framework.

If you’re done with burnout…

If you’re done with doing more just to feel like enough…

If you’re ready to redefine productivity on your terms…

And If all that sounds like the kind of rebellion you’re ready for, you’re in the right place.

What’s Next: Join the Rebellion (Gently)

If you’ve made it this far, you already know this isn’t just a business update.

It’s a permission slip.

To build slower.

To choose ease.

To toss the old productivity rules—and make your own.

The Insider is where I share what’s next.

It’s not a newsletter. It’s not a funnel. There’s no pressure.

It’s where to be if you want first access to new tools, blogs and podcast episodes, and behind-the-scenes support as I grow this anti-hustle corner of the internet.

I’m doing this with the women who are ready to do things differently.

When you’re ready, I’ll meet you there.
